Introduction

During the afternoon of this year's May Superintendent Conference Day, you'll have the opportunity to engage in two different wellness workshops of your choosing. The first set of workshops will take place from 1:00 PM - 1:50 PM, while the second set of workshops will occur from 2:00 PM - 2:50 PM.

Directions

1. Take a moment to read through the workshop descriptions by pressing the "Descriptions" tab in the navigation bar above.
2. Pick your "top 3" workshops for each session (note that some workshops are offered during both sessions).
3. Indicate your "top 3" by navigating to the "Sign up" portion of the website and filling out the attached Google Form.
4. Wait patiently for your workshop assignments (distributed Tuesday of next week).
