How do I book a trailer?
You can submit a rental request through the home page by clicking the Book Now button below your choice of trailer. Once we review your information, we will send you a confirmation with the next steps, including payment and the rental agreement.
What is needed to book a trailer?
To complete the Rental Request form you will be asked to provide:
Valid Driver's License
Tow Vehicle Information
Proof of valid Auto Insurance
A valid credit or debit card to put on file
Is my booking instantly confirmed?
No. All booking requests must be reviewed for tow-vehicle eligibility and scheduling availability. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Why do you need a card on file?
The card on file covers:
Missing/ damaged accessories
Damage caused during the rental
Excessive cleaning
Late returns
What do I need to bring to pickup?
Please bring the following:
A valid driver’s license
The tow vehicle you listed on your form
What type of vehicle can I use to tow the trailers?
Your vehicle must:
Have a hitch receiver
Have a proper tow rating for the selected trailer
Have a 7-pin light connector
Be in safe mechanical condition
If you’re unsure, we can help you verify your tow capacity.
Do you provide the hitch or straps?
Yes! Our trailers come with standard straps and basic equipment for hauling, which is stored in the toolbox. A hitch is available for rental if needed.
An accessory replacement fee applies if any items are lost or damaged.
Is insurance required?
Your tow vehilce must have active and valid auto insurance. We provide Mambo Shield which is an optional rental insurance add-on that is available depending on your coverage at the time of rental.
What is Mambo Shield?
Mambo Shield is our optional protection plan offered through MBA Insurance and designed to give renters peace of mind while using our equipment. It provides financial protection against unexpected damages, helping customers avoid large out-of-pocket costs during their rental period for as low as $7 per day.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee based on distance. A quote can be provided after a rental request has been submitted.
What is considered the trailer rental period?
Each day/ hour the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day/ hour.
What happens if I return the trailer late?
We understand that plans can change so we believe that communication is key. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to return the trailer later than scheduled. Late fees may apply and significant delays may result in being charged for an additional rental period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before pickup may be eligible for a refund (if paying upfront) or no penalty (for pay-later bookings).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a "No Show Fee".
Do you allow same-day rentals?
Yes, when availability allows. Submit your request or contact us directly.
What if I notice damage during my rental?
Contact us immediately. We will document the issue and advise on the next steps. Not reporting damage may result in additional charges.
Are there restrictions on what is allowed to haul?
Yes. You may haul:
Furniture
Materials
Yard waste
Equipment (within weight limits)
You may NOT haul:
Hazardous materials
Live animals
Illegal items
Anything exceeding the trailer’s weight capacity

Is there a cleaning fee?
The trailer should be returned reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, mud, or debris may result in a cleaning fee.
Are there mileage limits?
No mileage limits, but we ask that you disclose your long-distance travels.
Can someone else pick up or tow the trailer for me?
No. The person listed on the booking form must:
Pick up the trailer
Present their ID
Sign the rental agreement
Be the one towing
No exceptions.
