"Making the first step to reach out takes great strength and respect for yourself and those around you. It's saying, "YES" to prioritizing your needs and healing wounds. 

My job is to encourage and support you on your walk regardless of where you may be. School, relationships, faith, and figuring out who you are can be overwhelming and often may leave us feeling lost and hopeless. 

Remember to be patient with yourself through this journey and learn to love all of who God made you to be. Life may often treat us poorly and unfair which is the absolute worst! From my own heartaches I can affirm you that you are not alone in this.
