How to report an incident
If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t right. In most cases, dealing with a breach of our code will be about learning, evolving and improving.
You can choose how to report it. You may choose to bring it to one of our facilitators on the day. Our facilitators will be discreet, listen and discuss with you any further required action.
If you do not feel comfortable talking to one of our facilitators directly, you can send us a message.
