Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble is the most advanced curricular concert band at Maine East High School. This course is open to sophomores through seniors and placement is done by the band director. Marching Band participation is a required component of this class. The ensemble performs 3-4 concert per year, attends festivals, and has guest clinicians and composers. Students in Wind Ensemble are highly encouraged to study with a private lesson teacher in addition to their ensemble rehearsal time.
