Personae for this project:

Mr. Xavi is a 26-year-old man who is an MBA student at University of Maine. He is doing TA in the same department. He graduated in BBA (Bachelor of Business Arts) from Bangladesh. He is living here alone, unmarried, and he has been here for 1.5 years already. He is staying with 3 Bangladeshi in the same apartment. He likes to eat vegetables.  

Xavi is using English as a second language. He is very well focused in developing his English-speaking skill since he is from business background. He always fonds of interacting with people. His research lies on data analysis of share market. He wants to see him as a good business analyst in a reputed company.

A lot of times he faced difficulties getting information about products. I knew one of them since he is a good friend of mine. We lived in the same apartment last year. I am describing an incident that will show why I am presenting Xavi as a good user for this project. One day we are using our HomePod (made by apple) just for fun. HomePod was able to respond to every question of ours. Suddenly Xavi asked what’s the price of brinjal today?  The VA responded the trending price of brinjal in India. We were surprised because we have given our location access so why it should give response for India when we have not mentioned about India. Basically, brinjal is commonly used in India, Bangladesh. In the US, it is commonly known as “Egg Plant’.  When he said what’s the price of eggplant today? The VA responded with the price for today from a store.

Xavi would be a good user for this project. He can give a good review for the multiple input feedback as well as the interactive learning and outputs of this project. After using this app Xavi will be able to communicate thoroughly for his day to day life tasks. This app will also help him to learn something new in fastest possible time and he will be super good in communication.
