In this I attempt to further if we as tutors can engage in more effective, and mutually collaborative tutoring sessions through motivating our students, and further attempt to explore how motivation may affect a tutorial.
I inquire how having a strong knowledge in a particular genre can help distinguish how one's work is received by their audience, and I extend this to the English 101 Portfolio Assessment Rubric, and how if a student develops an understanding of the expected literary conventions they may succeed. I then develop a Critical Reflection to help further and clarify my ideas.

This is a Fitness Portfolio, in which I recorded my food intake for two weeks, then analyzed my consumption patterns to look for ways to improve my diet. I also recorded my physical fitness activities and goals, reflecting on the progress I made. Finally I wrap up the portfolio with a Course Reflection where I describe how I have incorporated what I have learned in terms of living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

In this I develop and further the ideology of the American culture and society from its roots of independence to present-day as being intertwined with vanity and egocentrism, and ethically how we may work against these prevalent behaviors in society by aiming to strengthen the moral obligation of mutual assistance in regard to others.

In my first PAR Essay, I further the utilization of Intertextuality to explain how it aids in the strengthening of academic proficiency; as a strong sense of Intertextuality can add significant knowledge and credibility.
In my second PAR Essay, I further how having a strong rhetorical awareness and authority in one's writing can help the author in persuading their audience as they are seen as more credible and legitimate.
In my PAR Critical Reflection, I further analyze and conceive that the commonality between these conventions and utilizations of discourse is that this expression and communication is derived from the authors identity; giving the text and author more authenticity.
