Significance of Motivation and Empathy
The greatest representation of my tutoring philosophy is my belief in the power of the tutor-student relationship, and how as tutors we can facilitate the most productive and effective means of collaboration with our students through our use of empathy as a means of further connecting with our students, and to inherently motivate our students as a means of helping them feel more comfortable and confident as contributors to academic discourse.
