Functional Strength and Conditioning $120 a month
It's an hour long class based around the four basic lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press, to build a foundation of lifting. We also include some Olympic weightlifting to improve dynamic movements. There are two conditioning workouts a week with varied intensities. If you choose this class you have open access to all three classes. There will be some running in this class.
Functional Conditioning $60 a month
It's a 30 minute class where you'll learn barbell movements using sandbags and different body weight movements. We use sandbags because they are constantly shifting while moving, and unstable loads are highly beneficial for balance, stability, and muscle building. Think of working out while carrying your dog/cat with you. Oh by the way you will be running in this class.
Strongman Saturday Free to members $10 drop-in fee (non-members)
This is a four hour open gym supervised class where you can come in at any time during the four hours to learn different Strongman implements. We use three to four implements a session, and there will also be a conditioning workout if you choose to do that instead. It's a great way to learn to pick up odd objects and build strength you didn't even know was possible. There is no running in this class. This class is included with all memberships.
