Responsible for the business of the General Affairs Office. Student counseling and discipline, campus safety, anti-drug and anti-bullying advocacy and prevention, human rights and legal education, life education and moral education, health care and related matters.

To supervise and conduct activities concerning the cleaning of school grounds, garbage separation, the promotion of environmental protection, and nature conservation studies; to conduct health examinations on all new students at elementary schools.
