The Young Democratic Socialists of America (or, YDSA) is the college section of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), a democratic organization committed to winning socialism in our time to guarantee a good standard of living for everyone, everywhere. We organize on college campuses around the U.S. to build socialism one person, one school at a time. We believe that the economy should be run democratically, by working people, to meet human needs—not to make profits for a few.
