CP - Conceptual problem

POM1: If a small metal pellet of diameter 0.2mm is flicked with an initial velocity of 1 m/s and 45 degrees. Find the horizontal range assuming that the pellet is made up of Gold? and compare the same with an aluminum pellet? Hint Take the values in CGS units system to get a realistic view.

CP1: DO VECTORS ALWAYS ADD? Can two physical things represented by vectors always be represented by one physical thing that is the sum of the two vectors? That is, if vectors A and B each represent the same kind of thing, can the two things acting together always be represented by vector C, which is the diagonal of the parallelogram formed by A and B? In short: do vectors always add?
