BIMO is an abbreviation for BioInformatics and MicrobiOme analysis team, which is a research team focusing on the analysis of bioinformatics and microbiome data. This team is part of the Systems Biology and Bioinformatics Research Group (SBI) at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) in Bang Khun Thian, Bangkok.

The BIMO research team analyzes microbiome data based on high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis methods. We also incorporate relevant metadata to study microbial groups and their responses to different environmental conditions. Our team searches for beneficial microbes, such as those promoting plant growth, enhancing animal health, and participating in wastewater treatment and biogas production processes.
