March 4 - March 8

Monday 3-4 - Meet in Fitness Gym.  Go over machines and figure out an idea of the weight you will use for each exercise.  



Wednesday 3-6 - Meet in Fitness Gym.  Go over the last 9 exercises. 



Friday 3-8 - Meet in the PE room.  Late Start day.  Cooper test.
