Portfolio Check #2 is Due Sunday, October 29th by 9 PM. Below is a list of what you need to submit to Google Classroom. If you don't turn it in by tonight night you will get 1/2 credit. If you turn it in more than a week late you will not get credit.
You need 14 new workouts from 9-11 - 10-29. That is a seven-week period with two workouts a week. You should have a total of 22 workouts.
You need your Vo2 max worksheet for the 1.5 mile run. You also need polar data attached to the vo2 max.
HIIT Run Worksheet - This should have two images from your HR watch attached to it.
Wednesday 11-1 - Meet in PE room. Basic Tumbling Day 3.
Friday 11-3 - Meet in PE room. Basic Tumbling Day 4.
