Anthony Trunzo helps California's human services leaders build clarity and capacity in complex systems. He works with leaders on strategic clarity, change messaging, and—relevant to this session—how HHS teams can leverage AI to expand capacity without losing the human-centered mission at the core. He brings 15+ years of experience guiding high-stakes transformations across Fortune 500 companies (Salesforce, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Deloitte, and others) and public-sector initiatives, with particular attention to cross-department coordination, leadership alignment, and durable execution. He also serves as a contract instructor for UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Anthony holds an Executive Coaching Certification from UC Berkeley Haas and a BS in Business Administration from CSU Chico. He is Sacramento-based and works statewide.
