Program evaluation is the systematic process of assessing whether an intervention, program, or initiative is achieving its intended goals — and for whom. It draws on data collection and analysis to help programs improve and to hold programs accountable to the people they serve. In the PREPARE Lab, we conduct an ongoing internal evaluation of the USHER S-STEM program at Fresno State, which supports low-income students in STEM.
