• To confirm that student's indeed meet CFCC's requirements for graduation, the Intent to Graduate Form must be completed.  

• Once the form is complete, the Registrar's office will then complete an evaluation of your Intent to Graduate, explaining your status and listing any additional course needs. 

• Include all programs that you intend to graduate with on the form

• CFCC wants to know where you're headed after graduation, so we can celebrate you and your achievements.  Please complete the After CFCC Graduation Feedback Form, so we'll know!  

• CFCC has authorized National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. Transcripts may be requested 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  The National Student Clearinghouse website will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees.  

**Most receiving institutions will require that the CFCC Transcripts route directly to them.
