Welcome to Spring 2022!

Thank you for your interest in my course. I am looking forward to exploring the world of hospitality with you. My goal is for each student to complete this class with a clear understanding of hospitality and the many different career paths within the industry. I like to refer to this course as a platter filled with the various hospitality entities.

This course is project and discussion based. There are not exams but you will find interesting and challenging weekly assignments relating to each module's topic. Communication and team work are key to being a successful hospitality professional. They are also important in this class.

I am available to the students most days and I try to respond to any questions quickly. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to me by emailing me at mzeiger@ccsf.edu with any questions you may have about current and/or future courses. Also, if you have questions of how to add a class, being on a waitlist, how to request a letter of recommendation, etc., please visit my "Additional Instructor Policies" page.
