WELCOME TO SPRING 2023

A warm welcome to each of you whether you are a new or returning student. My name is Professor Billington Mbolo and I am a Math Instructor in the Transitional Studies Department.   You often hear that City College is a special place, and it is! Success is not a place at which one arrives, but rather the Spirit with which one undertakes and continues the journey. Although the end result (grades) is important, the journey along the way is just as important. Welcome.
