At CCSF, we offer credit and non-credit classes.
In Spring 2021, I will teach 3 non-credit classes, beginning and high beginning classes. Two courses are remote and one is fully online.
I have been an ESL (ESL = English as a Second Language) instructor at City College since 2000. I lived in 4 countries. As an immigrant, my goal is to help students become independent learners and productive citizens.

In Spring 2021,
To register for the Non-Credit Classes, you have to currently live in California.
Non-Credit ESL Classes will be 100% remote. It means that you will login onto Canvas to get materials and learn English. You will meet your teacher in Zoom.
There are 5 ESL classes that will be 100% online. You will learn English online, but you will not meet with your teacher and classmates in Zoom every week or every day. You will be able to make appointments to talk to your teacher.

Students are recommended to purchase a book. Students can borrow books and videos at the CCSF Library.
Students are recommended to use a computer with a good Internet connection.
