We accept clients of all ages, adolescents, teens, and adults within the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Programs in Dane, Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth Counties. 

Magnolia Therapy and Mentoring, LLC offers a wide array of psychosocial rehabilitation services. These are services and support activities that assist CCS clients with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.
