Danielle Penaranda, LCSW, is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Magnolia Therapy & Mentoring, LLC. With a strong foundation as a trauma-informed clinician, Danielle has dedicated her career to supporting youth and adults navigating complex mental health challenges, recovery, and personal growth.
In her leadership role, Danielle is passionate about building a practice that prioritizes both exceptional client care and meaningful support for clinicians. She is committed to elevating the mental health field by investing in providers, fostering a culture of integrity and compassion, and ensuring services remain flexible, person-centered, and accessible within the community.
Danielle’s clinical background continues to shape her vision. She believes that while individuals may not control the circumstances they were born into or the challenges they have faced, they possess a powerful capacity for resilience, healing, and transformation. This belief is embedded in Magnolia’s approach to care.
She has a strong passion for neuroscience-informed trauma treatment and the integration of brain-based approaches that support regulation, healing, and long-term change. Danielle values interventions that align with how the brain and body process trauma, and she is committed to incorporating these principles into both clinical practice and program development across Magnolia.
She also maintains a deep interest in innovative and experiential modalities, including nature-based and adventure-informed therapy, and in meeting individuals where they are—both emotionally and physically—to support meaningful, lasting change.
