Designing A Sustainability Plan:
A written sustainability plan can take many forms. You might consider using the reflection outline you completed in Bolster Strengths as an executive summary to set the stage and tell your magnet story and consider attaching your sustainability plan - especially when sharing with partners who might be willing to help. Below you have some templates to consider using in writing your school's sustainability plan. Below you will find a logic model version, a word processing/table version and a visual roadmap on a slide version. As a team - consider the one that will lead to results knowing your school context.
