About Mrs. Carroll
This year is my 13th as a school counselor and my second at Magellan. I am so excited to be part of the Mariner family as the middle school 6-8 counselor.
My husband and I have been married 16 years and have two kids, current Magellan mariners, Ellis (11) and Rose (8). Our family loves swimming, soccer and cheering for the Tar Heels! We have a labradoodle puppy named Holly who makes us laugh everyday!
I am looking forward to meeting each and every student this year. Let's make 2023-2024 a great one!
About Mrs. Greer
This year is my 4th as a school counselor and my second at Magellan. I am excited to be part of the Mariner family as the 3rd-5th grade elementary school counselor!
I attended the University of Delaware for my undergrad. and majored in Consumer Economics. I later changed career paths and got my Master's in Counselor Education focusing on School Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University.
My husband and I have been married 17 years and we have three kids; Thomas (14), Elaina (11) and Clara (6). Our family loves baseball, gymnastics and soccer!
I am looking forward to getting to know all of our students better this year. Let's make 2023-2024 a memorable one!
