AUDITION FORMS
Each of the following forms must be completed and submitted by 12:00PM on Friday, May 15, 2026. In order for a dancer to be considered for placement on the company, his or her complete Audition Packet must be submitted prior to the audition. No audition packets will be accepted after the time of audition.
