Jazz Band

Jazz Band is open to all 7th & 8th grade students who are in concert band at Westview. Other musicians in 7th & 8th grade (i.e. keyboardists, guitarists, bassists) or 6th graders may set up an appointment with Mrs. Moffett to audition for the group. Jazz band will focus on performing and improvising in the jazz styles of swing, latin, and rock. There is no fee to join this club.

Approximate Start  and End Date: September-May

Meeting Time: After school on Tuesdays and at least 3 performances during the school year
