IMPORTANT SENIOR DATES:

• May 9: Last day of School for Seniors

• May 13: "Senior Walk" (seniors wear cap and gown and walk through the other schools in the district - More Information to Come!)

• May 15: Senior Awards Night

• May 16: Senior Clearance and Graduation Practice (beginning at 8:00)

• May 17: Graduation!! 9:00 AM

CAP AND GOWN ORDERS:

• If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown, please do so right away to ensure it arrives in time for graduation.

• Visit hjvirginia.com to place your order online.  The graduate's height and weight will need to be provided.

• If you ONLY NEED A TASSEL, you may purchase one for $11 from the Herff Jones representative during lunches on April 17 and 21. Herff Jones accepts cash and credit card, no checks. 

• CAP AND GOWN DISTRIBUTION:

  • Herff Jones will be at MCHS on April 17 and 21, during lunches, to distribute caps and gowns, and announcements that have been ordered.

    • Students who have not fully paid for their order will be able to complete their payment on this day and will then receive their items.

    • Unpaid orders will be held until the balance has been paid in full.

    • Items other than the cap, gown, and announcements that students have ordered are sent directly to the mailing address provided when the items were ordered.

• Permission slips and payment ($50) are due by April 8th to Mrs. Johnston or Mrs. Marshall.
