Alternative Imaging Techniques

After taking this course, I'm most proud of my improvement on editing, especially from the editing skills I had last year when I first took this course.  While creating so many editing heavy projects, I learned just how valuable seamless editing is in making a photo what it is. If photos are obviously or porrly editing, particularly for projects like the animal hybrid or appropriation, it doesn't have the same effect. Overall, I feel like this portfolio accurately represents who I am, the things that I love, and what type of pictures I like taking, since a lot of the projects were really open for interpretation. The main challenge I faced was perfecting the editing, since these projects were much more difficult and required much more advanced editing than I have been used to in the past, and the editing stage took much longer than I expected for all of the projects. But, overall I think that the extra time and effort I put into the editing made the pictures much better and I am proud of how all of them turned out.
