We absolutely could not function without our volunteers. It is a special community of families that we have here at KRS and we're so grateful that you're sharing your time with us!

Volunteer Behavior

We are so grateful for your help with PTO activities! Being a volunteer is a great experience and to make it run smoothly, we invite you to review the Kings Road School Guidebook For Volunteers & Guests 2025-2026. [This will be updated to the 2026/27 version shortly]

Just a quick reminder that in order to maintain safety and minimize disruptions when volunteering, please avoid visiting your child's classroom or other parts of the school that are not included in your sign in (as tempting as it may be!). All events have at least one chair. In the event you have questions about where you are allowed to be, please ask Mrs. James or the event chair(s). If volunteers do not respect the school's protocols, the PTO will not be allowed to have as many events throughout the school year.

Tax Exempt Form

The KRS PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization. Please print a paper copy of the Tax-Exempt Form to present when making approved purchases on behalf of the KRS PTO (and then submit for reimbursement as described below).

Note: The below form is intended to reimburse board-approved PTO-related purchases only. Any reimbursement requests for unapproved purchases will be denied.

To streamline processes, please do not submit reimbursements through the PTO Treasurer email address. All reimbursement requests are required to have a form submitted, regardless of whether or not receipts have previously been emailed to the Treasurer.
