Student Voices
Student Voice and Choice
Without these components, true CBL/PBL isn't possible.
WHEN STUDENTS SPEAK, WE LISTEN AND ACT.
Students expressed their opinions and needs after several PBL experiences. After listening, faculty switched over from PBL to CBL so we would have a common goal school-wide to help the community and changed the schedule to allow CBL time on Fridays.
Student Voice
Students were interviewed for the local newspaper and shared their opinions about how to improve PBL/CBL.
Student Choice
Students signed up for crews based on their interests after visiting the old pool park site.

Refreshment Crew
My crew helped further the mission of this project by making food for the people that came to the event. We made food based on what we could have at the pool and what we have seen at pools that we have been to before. We also provided entertainment for the crowd that was relevant to the time period that we were researching and making the CBL night as fun as possible – Georgia Metcalf
