Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year

I was born in Chandler, Arizona, and raised all over the valley.  I graduated from Arizona State University with Summa Cum Laude in 2019 with a BA in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Middle School Language Arts.  Before graduating, I taught preschool at KinderCare Learning Center in Chandler for 7 years and was awarded Teacher of the Year.  

At home, I am married to my best friend Bryan and we have two beautiful boys.  Graeme (Graham) will be 10 years old in November.  Joel is our middle kiddo and he just turned 7 in May.  We also just had a little baby girl, Shay. She was born on St. Patrick's Day! The boys are both very active in baseball.  Speaking of baseball, we are obsessed! Our lives revolve around baseball and we love the St. Louis Cardinals. Go Red Birds! We are also very obsessed with Disney.  We try to visit Disneyland 2-3 times a year.  

Since I do have a family to take care of and a body to recharge, I am available from 7:30 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday.  The best way to get a hold of me is through email at mflorendo@madisoned.org.
