The Virtual Calming Room was created to help individuals manage their emotions by using healthy outlets to reduce anxiety from daily stressors. To access the room, select "Virtual Calming Room" from the menu, then "click" on the various tabs. Listen to relaxing sounds, watch live feeds of animals playing, try out games/puzzles and don't forget to check out the yoga link. The Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find relaxation tools and strategies for coping with emotions and feelings. We are here to support you!
