Every year the Showcase is the highlight of our offerings, as students have the opportunity to demonstrate innovative uses of educational technology for legislators, guests, media members, and parents! Be sure to invite your team's parents and connect with your Legislator's offices to let them know you will be attending.
Reminder as you plan your display/setup for the day: Each team will be provided one six-foot table for presentations, a power source (one electrical outlet) and will have access to wireless internet. All teams will be provided with commemorative t-shirts, snacks, parking passes, and a certificate of participation.
To help your team have the best experience possible, we have compiled some key resources below for you and the team to review in advance of your trip to Lansing. Check out the resources for all your information for the event and to answer many of your questions.
The closest public parking structure to Heritage Hall is the North Grand Ave Parking ramp. We will have one set of parking passes for each team for this ramp.
Busses may park for free in Designated Bus Parking on Walnut Street or at the State Historical Museum.
