The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) and the MiSTEM Network is partnering with the Michigan Association for Computer Users in Learning (MACUL) to continue our efforts in bringing you a unique learning opportunity to connect statewide work in the areas of Computer Science, including the implementation of the K-12 CS Standards and many other technology-driven initiatives.

CSforMichigan Learning Continues

CSforMichigan will be hosting two days of focused learning, networking and in person tinkering on all things Computer Science. We hope that you block off the time on your calendars to join us for our in-depth CS Workshops and the CS Leadership Summit on 11/2 with a focus on policy and implementation opportunities or on 11/3 for our CS Education Day with a focus on exploring, learning from peers and sessions to expand your CS knowledge.  Better yet join us for both days!!!!

CS Workshops on 11/2 - Session Info NOW AVAILABLE!

CSforMichigan's Workshops will feature two time slots on the morning of 11/2 with each workshop being two hours length.  We will have multiple topics to pick from in each slot.  The workshops will give attendees the opportunity to not only learn about key CS topics and resources, but also the time to engage and experience the topics personally with guided support from our presenters.

CSforMichigan's Leadership Summit will be an exploration in all things impacting the CS Landscape from the State of CS in Michigan (and nationally) to the current status of policy, initiatives and planning in Michigan, as well as getting connecting to the implementation opportunities and CS projects across the state.
