Thermoset Hybrid PUR Seamless Lining System
Seamless Liners, formed "In Situ" at site facilitating free flowing of Mineral, Coke and other raw material in material handling Hoppers and Chutes in Power, Steel and Cement industry. Liners are formed from 500 Microns to any desired thickness using airless spray application with Plural spray guns.
Selection of the thermosetting lining formulation is based on the material handled and the required protection. Liners of desired thickness can be formed on Mild Steel, SS and Concrete substrate.
We offer
100% Solids Thermoset Modified Polyurethanes-Tough & Semi Rigid Gloss finished Seamless surface linings having Shore Hardness > 85D and Pull Out adhesion strength > 12Mpa for abrasion resistant free flowing of material even with moderate moisture content.
100% Solids Polyurethane with Synthetic Carbide-Recommended for application with high to very high abrasion & Wear. With carborundum mix, the formulation has higher resistance to abrasion.
Modified Thermoset/castable PUR-Tough & Flexible aromatic/aliphatic seamless protective surface coating for high Impact application. 20 times stronger than epoxy, the formulation has excellent resistance to chemicals, oil and gas. Wont crack or peel in changing temperature.
Hybrid PUR blend with PU-For application in areas with relatively low abrasion and Impact.
All formulations are Plural Component - Fast Dry & Insta Cure Systems
USP of forming liners by spray application is outstanding adhesion with base substrate which is turn does not allow any ingress of handling fines or moisture entrapment within the base substrate. This leads to prolonged and sustained material handling equipment life beyond facilitating free flow of minerals and fines.
This helps in reduction of downtime and reduces production loss.
Ease of repair of any deformities in the integrity of the coating is another big advantage which corresponds to reduced downtime once again.
Plural component - 'fast dry' - 'fast cure' systems are which require the Part A polymer and Part B activator/catalyst to be kept separate until the final point of being 'mixed' and exiting the high pressure spray gun.
Plural component systems are classified as 100% solids and contain no solvents in the material. A 'dry/semi-cure' is achieved in approximately 3 - 90 seconds dependent on the type of plural components actually being used and applied. Full cure of the spray coating may actually take 2-3 days depending on the type of plural materials actually being used. There are many different types ranging through pure polyurethane, polyurethane mixes and poly urea materials.
