The Office of Sexual Violence Prevention, Education, and Response (OSVPER) resource hub is a place where MacEwan University students, staff, and faculty can access a wide range of resources and information related to sexual violence. Updated regularly, the website includes information about different types of sexual violence, support and reporting options at MacEwan University, and steps to take when responding to disclosures and supporting someone else in your life.
MAVEN Blog
In addition, the resource hub is home to the MAVEN blog! The MacEwan Anti-Violence Education Network (MAVEN) is a team of MacEwan students who have completed more than 50 hours of training on sexual violence prevention and community engagement. MAVEN volunteers post blogs that explore the issue of sexual violence.

OSVPER delivers sexual violence prevention, education, and response services to the MacEwan University community. We work to create an educational environment that is free from sexual violence and where the University community feels safe and supported. We do this by focusing efforts on:
Providing immediate and ongoing support to individuals impacted by sexual violence
Implementing prevention and awareness strategies
Delivering training and education
Responding to disclosures and complaints of sexual violence
