The Pro+ program consists of three levels of participation: bronze, silver, and gold.
The bronze level focuses on developing basic skills through workshops, seminars, and classes.
The silver level focuses on developing research and career skills.
The gold level focuses on increasing professionalism and marketability.
Each level consists of various events that align with the eight National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) career-readiness competencies. Below is a table listing all of the Pro+ bronze, silver, and gold level events and where they fall under the NACE career-readiness competencies:
