How do I submit my photos for yearbook consideration?
1. Make a TreeRing account or Log in with Google to upload photos directly from your phone/computer/Google Drive/Dropbox/Facebook/Flickr/Instagram, and go to SHARE PHOTOS on your home page to add photos. TreeRing's free mobile app allows you to share photos easily.
2. Select share with school option ("Yes, I want to share") We cannot see or use your pictures in the yearbook without this selection. Select the option "Yes - I want to share" with your school. (This is only for photos to be used in the yearbook. Do not select this option for photos for personal pages.)
3. Select class teacher/activity/event folder. For us to be able to find your shared pictures and use them in the yearbook, you must select the class teacher and/or a school activity/event from the folders listed in the drop down menu when you upload.
*If you have multiple students in the photo from different classes, or you cannot identify the students in your picture, please select an appropriate collage or event page so we can put them on the right page. For instance, First Grade Collage/Ice Cream Social/Halloween.

EXTENDED: May 30, 2021 is the "School Deadline" to complete your custom pages. Yearbooks can be bought and customized anytime.
PLEASE NOTE - If you order your yearbook after May 30th, please make sure you complete your custom pages, and set to Print Ready before purchasing your yearbook otherwise your yearbook will ship without your custom pages.

Custom Pages allow you to showcase your student in your yearbook. Students and parents can personalize their yearbook by adding your photos and memories on Custom Pages only in your copy of the yearbook. A special family vacation, birthday party, performance, soccer game, special artwork and projects, their favorite music...anything you want your student to remember from their year! This is also a great place for dedications and graduation messages to surprise your child, and even e-signatures (more info below).
Every yearbook includes TWO FREE custom pages with 99¢ for each additional two custom pages (a double page spread).

You can order your yearbook and then create custom pages at your leisure if you are purchasing the yearbook before the May 6th school deadline. You must make sure your personal pages are completed before the deadline.
Please note, edited custom pages will print automatically. If you've begun editing custom pages please make sure you either complete them or disable them so you do not have incomplete pages in your yearbook.
Important: If you're purchasing your yearbook AFTER the May 6 "school deadline", you need to complete your custom pages and set them to Print Ready BEFORE placing the after deadline order.

Creating custom pages is entirely optional. Though you can choose to simply purchase a standard copy of the school yearbook, please consider creating custom pages for your child. They can be as elaborate or as minimal as you like and they are only printed in your child's yearbook. Your child will thank you for capturing special memories for their school year! If you are sure you will not create the custom pages remember to disable them.

Don't miss out on getting yearbooks signed! TreeRing has an online Signatures feature that allows students to e-sign each other's books. The instructions are easy! Please note signatures only go on your custom pages.
If you do not find a student or teacher when you search for recipient, that means that person is not on TreeRing. This can happen if, for instance, they joined school late. All you need to do is send them an email asking them to create a free account on TreeRing. They do not need to purchase a yearbook to send an e-signature.
You can see the signatures you have received under the Signature tab. To add them to your Custom Page, you need to go to your custom page first. Please follow the directions below.
