Meet the Teacher

About me:

I have been married to my husband for 20 years, and we have 2 children together. My son, Dylan, is 19 this September, and my daughter, Summer, is 17. They went to YB and I could not be happier with how prepared they were for middle and high school. I love that YB focuses on kindness, and I try to instill that in them (along with my students) every day. I loved watching my son play baseball, but now I am watching him flourish at the University of Hawaii. I also enjoy watching my daughter play volleyball for Agoura High School. Go Chargers!

I have 2 fur babies, Zuma and Bear. One is a golden retriever and one is a golden retriever/husky mix. In my free time I like to go to the beach with our pups, practice yoga, read, and watch my beloved Dodgers!
