Meet the Teacher

About me:

I have been married to my husband for 21 years, and we have 2 children together. My son, Dylan, is 20 this September, and my daughter, Summer, is 18. They went to YB and I could not be happier with how prepared they were for middle and high school. I love that YB focuses on kindness, and I try to instill that in them (along with my students) every day. I loved watching my son play baseball, but now I am watching him flourish at the University of Hawaii. I also just dropped my daughter off at the University of Utah last week! My husband is from there, and his mom and sister still live there so she has plenty of support. 

I have 2 fur babies, Zuma and Bear. One is a golden retriever and one is a golden retriever/husky mix. In my free time I like to go to the beach with our pups, practice yoga, read, and watch my beloved Dodgers!
