Week of June 8th:

• Last call!!! I did get lots of interest for my summer book club (yay!) and it looks like most people are available Tuesdays or Fridays after 4:00. This is the final chance to use this link to fill in your availability for the summer book club. I will send out all information (price, book we will read, day/time, etc.) this week once I finalize the list. Again, we will meet at my house in Agoura once per week for an hour (for 6 weeks). Thank you!!! 

• I will be sending items from desks, and some report card assessments from each grade on the last day of school. Report cards will also be available to view on aeries on Wednesday afternoon. Please let me know if your child will not be here on the last day so I can send all the assessments home on Tuesday instead. I know some kids might have an older sibling graduating, so if he/she is planning to attend a graduation please let me know that as well.

• Thank you to Shokoufeh and Renee for being outstanding room parents this year! They have helped plan fantastic grade level parties for our kids tomorrow on the field, so I hope to see many of you there!!! (10:30-11:45). 

• We will continue our 10 day balloon countdown this week. On Friday we popped the day 4 balloon which was extra choice time! The kids will enjoy free choice in the afternoon after our last music class.  

• Thank you so much to Lionell's family for putting all new shiny tennis balls on the bottom of every student chair in my classroom!!! I am beyond grateful for this, especially since this is the 2nd time this year Natalie has put new ones on. Thank you to Ace and Sebi's dad for helping with the tedious task of putting them on the chairs. I appreciate it more than you know. Also another huge shout out to Lionell's family for the new pencil sharpener for our class!!! 

• Continue to bring blue folders daily. There are still things that need to go back and forth from school to home (and vice versa). The items in their desk should all be able to fit in their bacpacks. 

• Our last PE was on Friday! Don't forget- Tuesday is a minimum day, along with Wednesday!
