HOMEWORK
Homework is due the next day unless otherwise announced.
I will give notice of all due dates for homework, projects, test dates, etc. in the student’s organizer. Please check the organizer daily for homework! It is signed or stamped every day by a teacher/adult.
ABSENT
If you are absent it is your responsibility to check the "WE MISSED YOU" basket for any handouts that you missed. To receive full credit for absent work, assignment(s) need to be fully completed, properly labeled, marked with "Absent Work" at the top, and turned into the correct drawer. The due date for absent work is extended by the same number of days as you were absent from class.
You are responsible for checking your Google Classroom, daily agenda, and this website to see what you have missed.
LATE WORK
All assignments are expected to be turned in on time. I will accept late work up until one week before the end of the grading period. Points will be deducted from any assignment turned in late. I will not remind you to turn in missing work. Late work must be properly labeled and turned into the correct drawer. I will not grade late assignments that are not properly submitted.
TECHNOLOGY
Technology is great, but it also comes with great responsibility!!! When you come to class please do not take out your Acer or personal computer unless instructed by the teacher. The use of technology is a privilege and should be used respectfully. Gaming, internet browsing, YouTube, social media, or shopping is NOT allowed. Stay on task when using your computer.
Cell Phones: At the elementary and middle school levels, the usage of all mobile devices (e.g. cell phones, smart watches) is banned during school hours. This includes during class time. Teachers may not have students use any mobile device during class time. All mobile devices are to be in a student's backpack from bell to bell or left at home. AEW Cell Phone Policy

Labs are usually not assigned as homework. You will need to complete labs in the time allotted.
If your behavior is not acceptable, you will be suspended for the lab period, earn a zero on the assignment and other appropriate consequences may be applied.
