Monday, March 23 FIELD TRIP

In order to make the trip more enjoyable, we would like to make a few suggestions. 

1. Students will be making adobe bricks, which can get very messy. Shorts or loose pants that can be rolled up past the knees are preferable, and bring a light jacket as the ocean breeze can be quite cool…even on the warmest days.

2. Have your child bring an old towel for drying hands and feet after making adobe bricks. (Put his/her name on the towel with a strip of masking tape.) 

3. Since this will be an all day field trip, students must bring their lunch. Due to peanut allergies, please do not send any foods containing peanuts/peanut derivatives.
