To check out a book, click on Media Center bar above . Log in using your LVUSD credentials. Search for the book in the Catalog. Click on "Hold It" button.

AHS Media Center will be open every school day from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Library Media Center Behavior

It is our goal to make the library a safe and comfortable place for all students to study. We strive to supply our students with the tools they will need to be successful at AHS. We trust that our students will treat the library and staff with respect. Please follow this list of expected behaviors.

No eating in the Media Center.
During class time, you will need a pass from your teacher or coach to enter the Media Center/Library. Be sure to sign in on the computer near the front desk.
Treat the library materials and equipment with care. Clean up your area before leaving (pick up all trash, push in chairs, etc.)
Please return borrowed materials promptly and in good condition.
Respect for others is expected. Please use appropriate language at all times and be aware of others working.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Agoura High School Library & Media Center is to help students and faculty be effective and ethical users of ideas and information through the management of print and electronic sources, which are reflective of the curriculum as well as personal interests. Equally important is our goal to instill in our students a love of reading for pleasure. The Library-Media Center aims to provide a variety of reading materials in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere that will promote reading and help students develop a lifelong love of literature.

We love helping students find a book! If you are looking for a specific title or a recommendation for a good read, please let us know.
