School Visitor Policy

School Visitor Policy

Closed School Policy

It is important that you be reminded of school policies when visiting the school campus. By abiding by these simple rules, you will help us in keeping all students safe.

1. All visitors must check in in the Main Office - you may be asked to show your driver's license. This includes those picking up students for early dismissal or volunteering on campus. Due to the campus fencing, if you need to go on campus, you will be buzzed in by the Main Office staff.  No visitors are allowed on the campus outside the administration building without a visitor sticker which is acquired in the Main Office, even if you are here for an appointment with a teacher.

2. We do not promote parents delivering homework or lunches to the school, but if it is necessary, you must deliver to the Main Office and have a preset understanding with your child to check the cart in the office lobby for the item. We do not interrupt class with deliveries. Please know school lunches are free in 2024-2025 which eliminates the need to deliver forgotten lunches.

3. Parents may NOT pull up to the curb at lunchtime to deliver items to their child through the fencing.

4. Supervision is provided between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. All students should not be on campus prior to 8:00 am or after 3:00 pm as the city of Calabasas uses our facility after school and there is no way we can screen visitors. For that reason, it is imperative that you pick up your child by 3:00 pm.

Please know that we believe we have a safe campus and we will do all that we can to keep it safe. Your assistance in helping us enforce the above policy will help in securing a safe campus for all students.
