How to get a data analysis Excel spreadsheet for your assessment

1. Once you get to your reports in the CRS system (see above link)- Select the class roster you want data for

2. Click on the toggle in top right that says Features & Tools

3. Click Print

4. Select Summary and Item Scores under Report Options

5. Select Save to Excel under Print Options

6. Click Confirm

7. Wait for your report to be highlighted BLUE in your Secure Inbox

8. Select your highlighted report

9. An Excel spreadsheet will be at the bottom of your screen, open this, and click Enable Editing

10. Save your file!

Things this report will show you

-Each student's scaled score and performance level for the assessment

-The 5 questions on which your class scored highest and lowest

-Each question number, standard, and student score/performance level for every content section of your given assessment
