Why Learn Geometry?

Geometry is applied in many fields including, but not limited to, the practice of engineering, architecture, science, construction, astronomy, navigation, physics, and transportation. If a student is not pursuing one of these paths, Geometry nonetheless helps us to understand the spatial world around us and helps us to become more clear, reasonable, and logical thinkers.
