Home Instruction

Home instruction is the provision of one-to-one or small group instruction in the student’s place of residence or other appropriate setting due to a health condition, need for treatment, court order or exclusion from general education for disciplinary or safety reasons. The Child Study Team office is in charge of home instruction at Lenape Valley Regional High School. Below you will find links to how the process works, and what is expected on the part of the parent or guardian. The application that needs to be filled out will can also be found below.
