Fueron Ángeles - Performed by Luther Nordic Choir

James Diegnan, a composer from Minneapolis, MN, and a Luther College Graduate, was inspired to create this choral piece in 2018 by the immigrants seeking shelter at the US/Mexico border. Diegnan refers to the arrangement as a piece "intended to shed light on the emotional trauma of this experience, and to foster greater empathy for refugees around the globe."
