This program empowers every Lush employee to play a role in Leaving the World Lusher than We Found it. Guided by the Ethical Charter, we bring our causes, creativity, and diversity to work to create positive change through fun, mischief, and meaningful action.
For March & April, we're in the Living Planet Challenge, uplifting our Ethical Charter Principles: Recycled Materials, Living Planet, and Renewable Energy. You can start the challenges by learning about the quests your team can complete right here (retail & manu).

Ok, backup, what's this all about?
Many of us came to Lush because of our passions (aka your superpowers). Let's activate them (cue cheesy 90s superhero theme music) to raise the (soap) bar on Lush's ethics, we need everyone (*cough* yup that's YOU).
Through simple, accessible gamification, ECiA brings the Ethical Charter to life by focusing every two months on 1–3 key principles, explored through three levels of quests that fit into real workdays. Designed by passionate Lushies with plenty of Handmade Ethics feedback, these challenges are made for global teams across our shops, manu rooms, offices, and virtual spaces, with a mix of solo and group activities.

The Lush Ethical Charter is a legal document that defines Lush's commitment to our ethical standards that we all live and breathe in every area of the business. The Ethical Charter is made up of 'core' and 'evolving principles'. We would like every person working for Lush to help safeguard the Lush ethics. If you believe Lush is ever in breach of the commitments in the Lush Ethical Charter, details of this must be shared with the Lush EBT Trustees. This can be shared directly with the Trustees via the UK EBT Team at ebt@lush.co.uk. Please include as much supporting information as possible to share with the Trustees.
